Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on and the general use of the www.sues-schoolwear.co.uk website and LSP Brands and do not apply to off line purchases made by Educational Establishments, Associations, Clubs, Organisations, Companies or Businesses Or individuals where separate arrangements will be agreed with Sue’s Schoolwear and LSP Brands ltd. Neither do they apply to the offline purchases made of approved school uniform where individual terms and conditions will be drawn up with each individual school.


The aim of these terms and conditions is to ensure complete customer satisfaction and protection through compliance with consumer protection, data protection legislation and current office of fair trading guidelines.


By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions can potentially change at any time and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes, your statutory rights are not affected.

How to order

When satisfied with all your selections click ‘Checkout’, here you will be asked for your details, these are needed to complete your order.

At any time you will have the opportunity to abort, amend, add or revert back to the product pages before you click on the confirm payment option.



We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo and Electron Meastro through Cardsave. We do not accept business and personal cheques. CHAPS or BACS payments are another alternative to you.


Dispatch and Delivery

All orders will be processed within two-three days and we aim to dispatch stock items to your chosen delivery address within 5-10 working days. Orders required embroidery or printing will be completed within 10-14 working days unless agreed otherwise. In the unlikely event that any items are out of stock then we will contact you to inform you of the new time scales with the option to cancel the order.

All deliveries in the UK will be delivered by a parcel service. All deliveries must be signed for. All purchased items must be delivered to the billing address. Three attempts will be made by UKMail - hereafter your order will be brought back to the shop to arrange a collection or to pay another delivery charge.

Cancelling your order

For most items, the law gives you seven working days from the day after you received your goods to cancel your order in writing or by email. There are some exceptions to this rule, including: goods made to your own specification or personalised goods, such as those embroidered or printed with names/logos. Please refer to our exclusion policy below.

If you do wish to cancel your order within this time frame then please contact us by email or in writing to discuss the matter and, unless exempt as detailed above, then we will refund the original cost price of your item within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods. Alternatively, a replacement may be offered in certain circumstances.

You do not need to give any reasons for cancellation; however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You must return the goods in their original and re-saleable condition at your own expense.  You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when you return your goods, so you may wish to take out sufficient postal insurance to cover their value.


Returns Policy

Sue’s Schoolwear are happy to exchange the cost of your item within 14 days providing goods are returned in their original, re-saleable condition, with all tags, bags, hangers and labels affixed, and are not within our exclusion policy below. This policy does not affect your legal rights. Please also see the paragraph on “Faulty Goods” below.

We recommend that customers use the product sizing measurements provided to minimise the possibility of ordering the wrong size. Items may be returned by post or courier at your own expense, whereupon we will arrange an exchange.


If a replacement item is requested then this must be ordered online, where standard delivery charges will apply as set out above. Your item will be despatched in accordance with our current working day policy. A refund for the original item price will be made within 7 business days from the date the returned item is received

Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when you return your goods, so you may wish to take out sufficient postal insurance to cover their value.

Returns Exclusion Policy

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on bespoke, customised and personalised items unless they are faulty. These include made to order goods, customised and personalised goods decorated with any printed and embroidered logo, crest, name or text.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products: tights hosiery and swimwear unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged or unless faulty.

If there is ever any problems with any of our products then please contact us to discuss the matter, we will always do our utmost to resolve any issues.


Faulty Goods

If any goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement.



If you are collecting from in store, you will need to bring along your purchase order for proof of purchase. this can either be provided to us via a printout or shown to us via email.
